What happens if I don’t renew my plan or cancel my subscription?

Upon the cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription, your MENU TIGER account will be deactivated. This immediately revokes your access to all platform features and account functionalities.

The most critical consequence is that all of your QR codes will become inactive. When a customer attempts to scan a deactivated QR code or visit your store's URL, they will no longer be able to view your menu or place an order.

Your account data, which includes your created menus, modifiers, and settings, is not deleted from our system. The data is stored securely.

You can restore full access to your account and reactivate your QR codes at any time by renewing your subscription.
