How can customers provide feedback?

Your restaurant can collect valuable customer feedback through the built-in survey feature. These feedback allows you to see how satisfied your customers are with their experience and ensure you provide high quality food and service.


How Customers Give Feedback:

  1. On the customer app, they click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
  2. They select the 'Feedback' option.
  3. They fill out the feedback form, which can include questions about food value, service, and recommendations.
  4. They click 'Submit'.

All feedback responses are collected and can be viewed in the Admin Panel at Reports > Feedback.

You can also create custom surveys under Marketing > Surveys.

How to disable the Feedback feature:

By default, the customer feedback feature is enabled. If we want this turned off, we can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MENU TIGER account.
  2. From the left panel, click on 'Marketing' then choose 'Surveys'.
  3. Look for the the survey you want to update, and then click on the notch to disable the survey. The status will show 'Inactive' if the action is successful.
