How can customers provide feedback?
Your restaurant can collect valuable customer feedback through the built-in survey feature. These feedback allows you to see how satisfied your customers are with their experience and ensure you provide high quality food and service.
How Customers Give Feedback:
- On the customer app, they click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
- They select the 'Feedback' option.
- They fill out the feedback form, which can include questions about food value, service, and recommendations.
- They click 'Submit'.
All feedback responses are collected and can be viewed in the Admin Panel at Reports > Feedback

You can also create custom surveys under Marketing > Surveys
