Why is my store showing as closed?

If your store appears as closed on the customer-facing menu, it is likely due to incomplete or misconfigured Opening Hours settings.

Steps to Troubleshoot:

  1. Check Your Opening Hours Configuration
    • Go to your Menu Tiger dashboard.
    • Navigate to “Branches” and select the appropriate store.
    • Click on the “Opening Hours” tab.
    • Ensure both the opening and closing times are correctly filled in for each day your store is meant to operate.


  2. Ensure Times Align with Your Business Schedule
    • Confirm that your listed opening and closing times match your actual hours of operation.
    • If either field is left empty or configured incorrectly, your store will appear as closed to customers.

Note: When your store is marked as closed, customers will not be able to place orders. This applies to both Dine-in and Takeaway services.
