How do I print receipts?
MENU TIGER’s printer integration allows users to connect thermal printers to the app. Before proceeding to print, ensure that your printer integration is already set up. Here’s the printer integration guide to help.
Method 1: Automatic Printing (Default Behavior)
Once the printer is fully integrated, the system will automatically print receipts for all incoming orders on the server. No manual action is required. Receipts are printed in real time as new orders are received.
Method 2: Manual Printing
You also have the option to manually print order tickets if needed. To do this:
- Click the Orders button on the lefthand-side panel. Tap the receipt icon on the far right side of the customer’s order. This allows you to view the full details of the order.
- You can print the order details as a PDF file or print the receipt through your thermal printer.
3. Once you get the preview of the PDF file or the receipt on the screen, select your printer from the dropdown, then follow the usual steps of printing. You’re good to go.
