What can my customers do on the Customer App (restaurant website)?

The Customer App is the automatically generated, customer-facing website for your restaurant. Your default URL will be https://menutigr.com/XXXXXXXX .

Premium plan users can use a custom domain for their customer-facing website.

Customers can perform the following actions on your website:

  • View the Homepage: Learn about your restaurant, view contact details, and see promotions.
  • Place an Order: Browse the digital menu, add items to a cart, and check out.
  • Get Order Updates: Track the status of their active orders (Pending, In Progress, Ready).
  • Change Language: Switch the website's language.
  • Give Feedback: Fill out a survey form to provide feedback on their experience.
  • Place a Request: (For table QR codes only) Customers can request assistance, such as calling a waiter or asking for the bill.
