How can customers get updates on their order status?

Customers can track their order status and see real-time updates directly within the customer app.


  1. After placing an order, an 'Orders' icon with a notification badge will appear at the bottom of the screen of the customer app.
  2. Clicking this icon displays all active orders and their current status:
    • Pending: The order has been received but not yet started.
    • In Progress: The kitchen is preparing the order.
    • Ready/Completed: The order is ready for pickup or has been served.
  1. Customers can also click on a specific order to view its details or cancel it.

Cancelling orders can be allowed or disabled by going to the 'Settings' page from the Navigation Panel > 'Order Settings'.
