How do I create and customize QR codes for my tables?


Table QR codes are essential for a full-service dining experience, allowing customers to order directly from their table and use 'Hot Actions' to request service.

Creating Table QR Codes:

  1. Go to Stores > [Select a Store] > Tables .
  2. Click + Add New .
  3. Enter the names for your tables (e.g., "Table 1," "Patio 5"). You can add multiple tables at once.
  4. Click Save.

Customizing the QR Code Design:

  1. On the 'Tables' page, click Customize QR Code.
  2. Adjust the design elements. These changes will apply to all table QR codes in that store.
    • Logo: Add your restaurant's logo to the center.
    • Pattern & Eyes: Change the shape of the QR code's data points and corners.
    • Colors: Customize the background, pattern, and eye colors to match your brand.
    • Frame: Add a frame with a call-to-action like "Scan to Order."
  1. Click Save.

Downloading QR Codes:

  • Individually: Click the download icon next to any table.
  • In Bulk: Select the checkboxes for the tables you want, and a 'Download QR codes' button will appear at the top.
