How do I customize my restaurant's homepage?
The homepage is the first page customers see in the Customer App. You can customize its content and appearance from the Admin Panel.
Customization Options:
- Homepage Content and Sections: To edit the sections on your homepage (Hero, About, Featured Food, Why Choose Us, Newsletter), go to
Marketing > Website > Homepage.Here you can enable/disable sections, change text, and update images. - Contact Information: To edit the 'Contact Us' section, go to
Settings > Restaurant.
How do I add menu items under the ‘Featured Food’ section of the homepage?
Method 1: Featuring a New Menu Item
Use this method when you are adding a completely new item to your menu list.
- Follow the standard procedure for creating a new menu item.
- During the setup process, locate the toggle switch or checkbox labeled Featured.
- Enable this setting before you save the new item.
The item will now appear in your main menu list and in the 'Featured' section.
Method 2: Featuring an Existing Menu Item
Use this method for any item that is already saved in your menu.
- Navigate to your menu list and find the item you want to feature.
- Select the option to Edit the item.
- In the editing screen, locate the toggle switch or checkbox labeled Featured.
- Enable this setting and save your changes.
The item will now be updated to appear in the 'Featured' section.
