How do I set up my store's location and delivery radius?

Configuring your store's location allows the system to validate orders by ensuring customers are within a specific service area. This feature helps prevent orders from outside your radius.

Follow these steps to set up the location for a store branch.


Step-by-step configuration

  1. From the dashboard's left-side panel, navigate to the Stores section.
  2. A list of your store branches will appear. Click on the name of the store you wish to configure.
  3. On the store management page, click on the Location Details tab.

    Locate and enable the toggle switch labeled Enable location details. This action will display the map and radius settings.

    Define the store's location and service radius using the following controls:

    • Set the Address: You can set the physical location in two ways:
      • Use the interactive map to manually pinpoint your store's exact location.
      • Click the Get current location button to automatically use your device's current position. You must grant location permissions to your browser if prompted.
    • Set the Service Radius: In the Radius field, enter a number to define the service area. This value must be in meters.
  4. Once the location and radius are set correctly, click the Save button to apply the changes.

You can return to this page at any time to update or change these location details.

Note:

For this feature to work correctly, your customers must agree to share their location when their device asks for permission after they scan the menu's QR code. The system needs this permission to verify that the customer is inside your service area.
