How do I let customers access a specific store's menu directly, bypassing the store selection page?

By default, if you have multiple stores, your main restaurant website and its corresponding QR code will first show customers a page to select which store they want to order from . To skip this step and send customers directly to a specific menu, you need to use a Table QR Code.

Each Table QR Code is unique to a specific store and will link directly to that store's menu . This is the ideal solution for direct access via a specific QR code or link.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

To create a QR code that links directly to a specific store's menu, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Stores: Login to your account. From the Admin Panel, click on the Stores dropdown arrow in the left-hand menu and select Store .
  2. Select a Store: On the left pane, click on the name of the store for which you want to create the direct link .
  3. Go to the Tables Tab: Click on the Tables tab to manage the QR codes for that location .
  4. Add a New Table: Click the + Add New button .
  5. Name the "Table": In the text box, give your QR code a descriptive name. For example, you could name it "Main Website Link" or "Takeaway Counter" to signify its purpose. Click Save when done .
  6. Download the QR Code: You will be redirected back to the Tables page. Find the table you just created and click the download icon next to it . This will download a PNG file of the QR code.

The downloaded QR code and its underlying link will now take customers directly to the menu for that specific store, completely bypassing the store selection page . You can use this QR code on promotional materials or share its link directly for targeted access.
