Why can’t customers place orders?

If customers are unable to place orders through your digital menu, it may be due to disabled ordering settings in your store’s configuration.

Steps to Troubleshoot:

  1. Go to your Menu Tiger dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the "Store Settings" section.
  3. Check the ordering options for each service type:
    • Dine-in
    • Takeaway
  4. Ensure that the toggle for each service type is switched on.
