Why are my changes not reflecting on the customer-facing menu?

If recent edits to your menu are not appearing on the live customer view, follow these steps to ensure changes are properly applied:

Steps to Troubleshoot:

  1. Ensure You Clicked “Save” or “Publish
    • After editing a menu item, category, or design, you must click “Save” to apply the changes.


  2. Refresh the Customer App
    • Reload the page where the menu is displayed.


  3. Clear Browser Cache
    • Outdated cache may prevent the latest version from loading.
    • Clear your browser's cache and try viewing the menu again.

Note: Menu changes are saved instantly on the dashboard but may require manual refresh on the customer side to display updates.
