What do I do if a customer accidentally closes the online ordering page while ordering on his phone?

The MENU TIGER system retains in-progress orders on a customer's device.

When a customer scans a QR code menu, the system links their order directly to the device being used. If the customer accidentally closes the browser while building an order, their selections are not lost.

To recover the order, the customer must rescan the same QR code with the same device. This action restores the session, allowing them to continue the ordering process from where they stopped. This feature prevents the loss of an order due to accidental closure of the menu.
